4. Payment on Delivery
We currently operate a strict pay-on-delivery model across Nigeria. You will only pay our delivery agent once your package physically arrives at your delivery address. We do not require any upfront payment, deposit, or pre-authorization.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are ready and able to pay the agreed amount upon delivery. If you are not ready to pay on delivery, please do not place an order.
5. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, our customer service team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm your details. Orders that cannot be confirmed (incorrect contact information, unreachable phone, or refusal to confirm) may be cancelled.
6. Delivery
- Delivery is available to all 36 states in Nigeria, including the FCT.
- Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, public events, or in remote areas.
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package.
7. Refunds & Returns
We stand behind the quality of Liv T-550. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in original, unopened condition. Our satisfaction-based refund policy is processed on a case-by-case basis.
